A crisp new LinkedIn profile photo in time for your big interview next Tuesday?
I've got you ✔️

A relaxed business portrait that signals "strong but down to earth leader" for that press release next week?
Let's make it happen ✔️

I don't have to know why you're in a hurry (procrastinators, I see you), I just want to know when you need your new headshot photo and what you want it to look like.
Picture it, instead of scheduling a photoshoot weeks in advance, you choose a date this week when you can step away from work for a long lunch and, lickety-split, you're looking like a million bucks on LinkedIn, Slack, and anywhere else you have a professional profile photo.
I'M READY
*Gallery images are edited but not retouched (retouching is pixel-by-pixel modifications like smoothing skin, flyaway hairs, removing objects from the background, etc). If you would like to add retouching to a few of your favorite photos you can order it through your gallery for $25/photo.

*All photo sessions subject to sales tax

A person with long hair sits in a chair, wearing a dark T-shirt and jeans, smiling slightly. The background is dimly lit.
What should you wear?
Don't stress, I'll help you decide.

Do you need professional hair and makeup?
Nope. Your optimal hair and makeup for professional headshots is how you typically wear it.

What if you're awkward in front of a camera?
No matter how shy or un-photogenic you consider yourself (I feel you), I will coax out relaxed, confident facial expressions and body language.

But don't take my word for it! I've got loads of 5 star reviews to back it up.

"Andrea is great at what she does. Her low-key, relaxed energy was really beneficial in calming my nerves during the photoshoot. The headshot photos themselves are crisp and professional; a few of them are hands down my favorite pictures of me that I've ever had!

Headshot Quickie FAQ's

Where will I go for my quickie headshot photoshoot?

By default, all quickie business headshot photoshoots happen in downtown Issaquah (right off I-90, just about 15 minutes from Seattle).  Occasionally, I will offer quickie sessions in other locations around Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland or Redmond, just ask :)

I need my new headshot photo like...yesterday. Can you work with a tight deadline?

Sometimes! Standard turnaround time for final headshot photos from a quickie session is 3 business days, or you can upgrade to 24-hour rush turnaround (+$250). If you're in a blazing hot hurry, it's best to email me directly to see how quickly we can schedule your photoshoot (same day?!) so we can get wheels in motion. Send a note to andrea@iconphoto.co.

My company has specific professional headshot guidelines, can you match their requirements?

Generally, no. Very rarely can I do company headshot photo spec matching in a quickie photoshoot; but I can often do it in a longer photography session. If your company has background and lighting requirements for employee headshot photos, check out my one-hour headshot photography package.

What should I wear for my Quickie headshot photoshoot?

When you book your quickie headshot photoshoot I'll send an email with tips about what to wear and how to prepare for your new business headshots. If you want to get a jump on it, check out the blog posts below where I share advice and best practices for dressing right for your professional headshot photo. And what I mean by dressing "right" is dressing such that you are perceived by others, at a split-second glance, as confident, professional, like you belong in your industry, and clearly have got your shit together (aka: like a boss).

Do you recommend I get my hair and make-up professionally done for my business headshots?

If it would feel good to get your hair and makeup done for your new headshots, by all means! But it is by no means necessary. In fact, I don't generally recommend it. You can read why in the blog post below:
Hair and makeup tips for business headshots

Will my new professional headshot photos be edited?

All of your new professional headshot photos will be edited to look polished without looking photoshopped. I adjust things like lighting, contrast, color, tone, etc., but I won't typically change how you look (this is called retouching aka Photoshopping). You'll have the option, once you see your gallery, of requesting retouching on particular images for $50/photo but almost none of my clients order retouching.

The truth is that the photos don't need retouching (they're strong right out of the camera), and, most importantly, *you* don't need retouching. You are just fine as you are.

Anyhow, you're hopefully getting a sense of my philosophy here. If you'd like changes to your appearance it's best to share them with me before booking your quickie headshot photoshoot so I understand what you're looking for. If you think you want me to make big changes to your appearance (like altering the size/shape of your body) I may try to gently talk you out of it; I may also not be the right Seattle headshot photographer for you.

What forms of payment do you accept for headshot photos?

You can pay for your quickie headshot photoshoot with any major credit card.

How soon will I get my new professional headshot photos?

I guarantee delivery of final photos from quickie headshot photography sessions within 3 business days of your photoshoot. If you need your photos faster than that,  just ask!  *rush fees apply

"Boy did I get lucky and win the jack pot with Andrea. This was my first ever professional photoshoot and in general, I'm not one to take a lot of pictures of myself. It became clear from the beginning that I was working with a seasoned pro who had a clear plan and was completely transparent on prep/expectations. She was very personable and made hours worth of pictures fly by; I am incredibly happy with the results."
